The highest short-term rating from Moody’s
Monday, 9 January 2017Akademiska Hus has today received the highest short-term rating Prime-1 (P-1) from Moody’s, that at the same time has assigned it to our Euro Commercial Paper Programme.
The rating, which complement the present rating from Standard & Poor’s, is expected to contribute to stable conditions for financing in the short-term market.
– Akademiska Hus’ P-1 rating reflects its leading market position as the dominant provider of campus facilities to the very stable state-funded Swedish higher education sector," says Ramzi Kattan, a Moody's Vice President and lead analyst for Akademiska Hus.
