Decision regarding dividend

A dividend to the owner was approved in the amount of SEK 1 393 million. The amount is based on the financial objectives that the state set for Akademiska Hus. Briefly, the dividend should amount to between 40 and 60 per cent of profit for the year after tax, after reversal of changes in value and with related deferred tax. This dividend is on the same level as previous years, which is in line with the targets from our owner and should be viewed in relation to our large property holdings, which are valued at over SEK 75 billion.
