Anna Magnusson elected to Board of Directors

Today, Friday, 27 April, Akademiska Hus held its Annual General Meeting at the A house in Stockholm. Anna Magnusson, Head of the Division for State-Owned Enterprises at the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation, was elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The dividend was approved in the amount of SEK 1,630 million.

The Annual General Meeting expressed its continued confidence in Anitra Steen and reappointed her to serve as chair of the Board of Directors of Akademiska Hus.

Caroline Arehult, Britta Burreau, Peter Gudmundson, Christer Nerlich, Ingemar Ziegler and Örjan Wikforss were re-elected as board members.

The AGM elected Anna Magnusson to serve as a new director. Anna, born 1977, holds a Master of Laws degree and works as the Head of the Division for State-Owned Companies at the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. She has previously held the position of Head of the Division for State-Owned Companies at the Ministry of Finance, and has also served as Chief Legal Counsel for Sveaskog Förvaltnings AB.

Decision regarding dividend

The AGM approved the dividend in the amount of SEK 1,630 million. The dividend is based on the financial objectives that the state set for Akademiska Hus. According to the financial objective, the dividend should be between 40 and 60 per cent of the profit for the year after tax, after reversal of changes in value and with related deferred tax. This year’s dividend amounts to 60 per cent of adjusted earnings.
