Akademiska Hus terminates rating from Moody’s

Since 2017, Akademiska Hus has a short-term rating Prime-1 (P-1) from Moody’s Investors Service, which was last confirmed on December 29, 2020. After four years of good collaborations, Akademiska Hus has terminated the rating from Moody’s with effect from today.

No changes are made in the collaboration on ratings with S&P Global Ratings (AA/A-1+ and K-1).
