Organisation

In Sweden there are 51 centres of education in 29 towns and cities. Akademiska Hus is by far the largest property owner specialising in Swedish centres of education with a market share of 60 percent of the total floor space. 

Our organisation is based on our three main units: the project unit, the property unit, and the technology & service unit . This organisation makes it possible to quickly and efficiently implement successful solutions from one part of the country to another, and thus be able to meet our customers’ needs, regardless of where they are located. Another key factor is our local presence in the form of our property areas. 

Our offices are located throughout Sweden.
