Akademiska Hus hires CFO

Catarina Fritz has been appointed as CFO at Akademiska Hus. She most recently served as CFO for Keolis Sverige and has many years of experience in executive positions in business and finance.

Akademiska Hus has a mission that is important for Sweden,” says Catarina Fritz.

Catarina Fritz will take over as CFO on 1 October and will be based in Stockholm.She will also belong to Akademiska Hus’ executive management. Catarina Fritz has previously worked as CFO at Investor, CFO at the Stockholm Stock Exchange and CFO at three private equity-owned companies in IT, facility management and personal assistance. She has also served on the boards of companies such as Svenska Spel.

“Catarina’s solid expertise and extensive experience in business and finance will be a valuable addition to the company, especially in the intensive stage of development that we are currently undergoing,” says Kerstin Lindberg Göransson, President of Akademiska Hus.

Around 300,000 people work, study and carry out research every day in buildings that Akademiska Hus built and now manages.

Catarina Fritz succeeds Jonas Ragnarsson, who has moved on to the post of CEO of Wallenberg Foundations AB.
