Akademiska Hus hires CFO

Peter Anderson has been appointed to serve as the new CFO of Akademiska Hus. He most recently served as CFO for Jernhusen and has many years of experience in executive finance positions at major property companies.
Peter Anderson will begin as CFO by July 2022. He will also belong to Akademiska Hus’ executive management. Peter Anderson has previously held the position of CFO at Hemfosa Fastigheter and has served in the capacity of CFO and business manager at companies such as Kungsleden, ICA Fastigheter and Steen & Ström.
“With his solid expertise and extensive experience of leading finance positions in the property industry, Peter is a valuable addition to Akademiska Hus,” says Caroline Arehult, CEO of Akademiska Hus.

Peter Anderson succeeds Catarina Fritz, who has chosen to step down from her position after five years at Akademiska Hus.
