At the Annual General Meeting, Anitra Steen was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Akademiska Hus. Peter Gudmundson, Christer Nerlich, Erik Sandstedt and Örjan Wikforss were re-elected as members.
Three new members
When Robin Teigland and Svante Hagman left the Board, new members were elected to the Meeting. Mariette Hilmersson, born in 1971, is CEO of Castellum Region West. She has extensive experience from management positions in the real estate industry, including as CEO of AB Framtiden. Mariette is also Chairman of the Board of Fastighetsägarna GFR AB and a board member of Tyréns AB.
Mariell Juhlin, born in 1973, is CEO of Policy Impact AB. Previously, she has been Chief Economist at Ramboll Management and the Swedish Tenants' Association. Marielle is also the chair of Fore's trust group and vice chairman of Vi Konsumenter.
Håkan Stenström, born in 1961, is a senior advisor in construction and real estate in his own company. Previously, he has been Executive Vice President of Skanska Central Europe and Skanska Sweden, Purchasing Director for Skanska Sweden and held several other roles within Skanska.
Resolution on the dividend
At the AGM, the dividend was approved at SEK 2,484 m. The dividend is based on the financial targets decided by the state for Akademiska Hus. According to the financial target for dividends, the dividend should amount to between 40 and 70 percent of the year's profit after tax after reversal of changes in value and associated deferred tax. This year's dividend amounts to 70 percent of adjusted earnings.
