Parking

Parking spaces for cars and bicycles are available in the area. Car parks are marked on the campus map .

Akademiska Hus hires Aimo Park as a parking contractor. Contact Aimo Park, kundservice@aimopark.se , for questions about parking and administration. Aimo Park also manages the rental of parking spaces, however reserved spaces cannot be provided. Employees and students at Uppsala University

As an employee or student at Uppsala University, you are entitled to a lower parking fee, rate 2. A ticket for rate 2 is obtained by swiping UU's pass card in the card reader on the parking machine.

Tenants other than Uppsala University

For Akademiska Hus tenants who are not Uppsala University, a permit is required clearly visible in the car that verifies that the person concerned is entitled to the lower parking fee, rate 2. The permit is obtained from Akademiska Hus and is valid for 1 year at a time.

In order to enable our customers to move freely within the various campus areas without having to pay for a new parking ticket, the rate 2 ticket applies within the entire Akademiska Hus property portfolio in Uppsala.

External visitors

For external visitors to our campus areas, a fare 1 ticket is required, which is only valid in the area where it is purchased.

Payment is made by credit card and the current price is indicated on the payment machine.

As a parker, it is always important to pay attention to the current signage as some parking areas require a special/valid permit.

Handicapped parking

To use disabled parking, a special permit is required and no fee needs to be paid.

Parking spaces with electrical terminals

During the period 1 November – 31 March, it is possible to rent an unreserved parking space with an electric terminal for the engine heater for a special fee. To order, contact Aimo Park AB, kundservice@aimopark.se

At BMC there are study places, a restaurant and a café. The campus area offers plenty of creative outdoor environments, meeting places and sports activities. With proximity to Södra Rosendal and the center of Uppsala, there are great opportunities to find what you are looking for.
