How do I know what Akademiska Hus is responsible for fixing and what is within my own organisation's area of responsibility? As always when signing a lease, there is a list that shows which functions and services are included in the rent, i.e. paid for by the landlord, and which are within the tenant's responsibility.
Simply put, the landlord, Akademiska Hus, is usually responsible for the operation and maintenance of accessories for the property, i.e. fixed installations such as sewage, cooling, ventilation, water, toilets, etc. The tenant is responsible for the operation and maintenance of objects and furnishings that the tenant has added to the property.

If you have received a confirmation email of your fault report, you can reply directly to the email to ask questions. The email will then go directly to our customer service. We usually get back to you within one working day, or you can contact us by phone on 010-557 24 24.
Akademiska Hus does not rent out housing directly. Our student housing is rented out through partners. If you are interested in applying for student housing, please contact the specific landlord responsible for the rental.
Our student housing is rented out through a partner. They are your landlord and you should therefore contact them for questions about notices, notice periods and more. The contact information is usually on your rental notice and on an information board in the entrance.
