The University of Borås is a vibrant campus located in the middle of the city centre. The university invests in nationally unique education through the Swedish School of Library and Information Science and the Swedish School of Textiles, which means that students from all over the country come to Borås to study.

The area and buildings

The University of Borås is centrally located in Borås with proximity to the city's offerings and public transport. Our properties are concentrated in the Sandgärdet and Balder blocks. Akademiplatsen and the outdoor environment have recently been given a boost in the form of green plantings and new seating in the best sunny position.
