About Fysiologen
Fysiologen is not just a workplace but also a place where you can thrive and feel good. With facilities such as an auditorium, café, digital reception, lounge, and a sunny outdoor terrace that invites relaxation and spontaneous meetings, every workday becomes both productive and smooth. Additionally, we offer bicycle storage and changing rooms, perfect for those who cycle to work or want to exercise during lunch breaks.
Fysiologen has always been a central building for medical research and education at Karolinska Institutet. The main building, dating back to the 1940s, has been expanded and enhanced over the years to support high-quality research in medicine and biology. As we breathe new life into Fysiologen, our guiding principles are preservation, sustainability, and reuse, combined with a modern twist to create an environment that fosters innovation and creativity.

About Nobels väg
At Nobels väg 3, we are transforming 6,000 square meters into 15 modern lab and office spaces for research and innovation. You will have access to private premises as well as shared spaces with conference rooms, changing rooms, and bicycle storage.
The buildings near Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital are part of Stockholm's life science cluster. Tenants can enjoy a work environment with meeting rooms and shared areas that promote creative and innovative meetings.
Private and shared spaces enable smart resource sharing and inspiring meetings. Bicycle storage and changing rooms make it easy to cycle or run to work or exercise during lunch.

Efficiency through sharing
Sharing certain parts of the premises with other tenants not only allows tenants to reduce their own office space but also promotes collaboration and knowledge exchange across boundaries. In addition to the economic and social benefits, there is also the idea of reduced resource consumption and a higher degree of sustainability, as the spaces are used more efficiently.

The Hub of Hagastaden
Campus Solna is strategically located in the heart of Hagastaden, the inner-city area where Stockholm and Solna meet, and is being developed with housing, commerce, a subway, culture, and park areas. Here, the community, universities, and businesses have joined forces with the aim of creating one of the world's strongest life science clusters.
