Watch the seminar from 9 May 2025 – a continuation of the discussion on the provision of premises by higher education institutions in Sweden and the challenges of the increased rental costs of recent years. This time with a focus on space optimization, where we highlight concrete examples of how we can work together for a smarter use of premises and the benefits it can provide.
A more efficient use of premises can provide many opportunities for tenants on campus. Lower climate impact, reduced rental costs and the chance to bring in other actors in the area who can help increase the attractiveness of the entire knowledge environment are some examples.
