As part of the development, three new buildings will be constructed to create modern environments for research, education and workplaces. The first building in the initiative will bring together the university’s vibration-sensitive research equipment in a specially adapted environment.
The building will comprise approximately 4,500 square metres and include a robust internal core designed to provide optimal conditions for precision measurements, experiments and technology development. Flexibility and adaptability are key design principles to ensure the building can meet future research needs.
