Many parts for a strong whole
A campus consists of many parts. Developing a knowledge environment therefore means that many perspectives must be active at the same time. We always work strategically and long-term and close to our customers to ensure that the entire campus develops in the right direction. Learning environments
Good conditions for research and learning are central to us when we develop campuses. Together with customers, we explore the importance of space for learning in the "Learning Lab".

Student housing on or near campus can be an important factor for a vibrant learning environment. The need for more student housing is an aspect that is taken into account in our campus development.

The spaces between the buildings on campus are a resource that, when used correctly, can contribute to increased well-being and biodiversity, good health and strengthened conditions for learning and work.

We manage around 700 works of art. Art plays an important role in the identity of the place and for people to thrive and be challenged on campus.
