Details
We have been receiving reports of climate-related problems in the premises for some time, while our technicians have identified deviations from previously implemented ventilation and control projects during site visits. To ensure that all functions are working as they should, we will carry out extensive troubleshooting and functional checks in all office rooms in Wargentin.
The work will begin on November 9 at 7:00 a.m. and is expected to last approximately two weeks. In order to locate and fix the faults, their technicians need to visit each individual room. During the visits, ventilation, heating, cooling, presence control and other control and regulation functions will be checked, among other things. The work is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours per room.
The work is carried out by our contractors Lindinvent and Edsvikens El . In connection with the functional check for ventilation and climate control, we will also dismantle old control units. These are like small boxes that sit above the suspended ceiling just inside the door to each office room.
The contractors need access to all affected office spaces. The work will be carried out in buildings 5, 8, 6, 2 and 1 , starting on floor 5 in building 5 and then working from top to bottom in that order. In connection with the work above the suspended ceiling, temporary disruptions may occur, such as the lighting being turned off for short periods in the room. Data outlets and network connections will not be affected.
Lindinvent and Edsvikens El will work in the following order:
- Building 5 – floors 5, 4, 3 and 2
- Building 8 – floors 4, 3 and 2
- Building 6 – floors 4, 3 and 2
- Building 2 – floors 4, 3 and 2
- Building 1 – floor 5
The measures are necessary so that we can find the problems that are causing the climate problems you are experiencing and then in the next step be able to implement measures to solve this.
We apologize for any disruptions and inconvenience that the site visits and temporary interruptions in lighting may cause.
