Christian Jönsson will take up the position as Property Director on 1 December and will continue to be a member of Akademiska Hus' management team. He is educated in real estate business and has worked at Akademiska Hus for over 20 years in several different management roles. Since March 2025, he has been Director of Technology & Service.
"By making Christian Director of two of our line units, we ensure that the link between Property and Technology & Service is strengthened. This, in turn, will contribute to a better and more comprehensive overall delivery to Akademiska Hus' customers. With his wise leadership and solid understanding of our business and business, Christian is the right person to drive the development of both units forward," says Caroline Arehult, CEO of Akademiska Hus.
