Morning Yoga in Pelousen

Start your day with renewed energy! Let the morning begin at a gentler pace. Through mindful movement, deep breathing and a sense of presence, we create the ideal conditions for a balanced and energised day.

Morning yoga is the perfect way to give both body and mind a gentle start to the day. Through simple movements and mindful breathing, we improve balance, increase flexibility and build fresh energy for the hours ahead. The session is suitable for all levels and no previous experience is required.

Please note: Bring your own yoga mat. In the event of rain, the session will take place in Fysiologen, Level 4.
