Maintenance work at Corson

Tekniska Verken will carry out maintenance work on Corson. The work will be carried out from Kårallen down to the tunnel at Märkesbacken. The work is planned to be carried out during the period 22 June to 3 JulyDuring the course of the work, there will be some increased vehicle traffic in the area. Quarterly fire alarm test in building B on 25/6

On June 25th between 8 - 10 am, Elajo will perform quarterly tests on the fire alarm in Building B.Sirens will sound and fire doors will close.

Annual inspection of fire alarms will take place on June 22nd with sirens from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Annual inspection is carried out by Elajo.

Annual fire alarm test in building A on 16/6

On June 16th between 8 am and 6 pm, Elajo will perform an annual test on the fire alarm in Building A.Between 8am and 10am, sirens will sound and fire doors will close. There is no need to evacuate during the test.

Quarterly fire alarm test in the Key building on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 between 8 am and 1 pm, siren test will be performed between 8 am and 10 am.During the test, sound and light signals will be tested and fire doors will be closed.

Replacement of window awnings on Key's western facade (facing Corson) week 26-27

Akademiska Hus is replacing window awnings on Key's western facade (facing Corson) during the week of 26-27 during the daytime.The existing awnings are old and have a design that makes them exposed to wind. We are changing to OnScreen awnings that fit tightly against the window with some permeability so that you can still see out.All work is done externally via lift.Please be mindful of roadblocks.
