General information
The villa is located near the Stockholm University Library and to the left of Blom's house. Skära villa is the oldest building in the central parts of Frescati, dating from around 1817. From the beginning it was a workers' and janitor's residence for those employed at the Royal Academy of Agriculture and was intended as one of two identical wings to what would then become Bloms House.
