Erik Florman has many years of experience in sustainability work in the construction and real estate industry and has, in addition to his role as Head of Sustainability at Kungsleden, also been Group Manager for Sustainable Development at Skanska. Erik has also been acting LEED manager at the Sweden Green Building Council.
Erik will take up his position no later than 13 June and will drive the work to realise Akademiska Hus' new climate and energy strategy. The company's goal is to reduce the climate impact from the entire value chain in order to demonstrate climate neutrality by 2035 by switching to climate-efficient processes and solutions that deliver results at all stages. A prerequisite for achieving this is increased collaboration with customers and in the industry as a whole.
