The Klerken 4 property is located in central Malmö and comprises a total of 21,700 square meters of which approximately 15,200 square meters are leasable area. The current tenant is Malmö University, whose Faculty of Dentistry conducts research and education in dentistry on the premises.
Revelop will take possession of the property on June 18, 2026 and take over the existing lease in unchanged form. The lease agreement runs until the fourth quarter of 2028 and includes an annual rental income of SEK 48 million. Malmö University has announced that the university will leave the property when new premises at another property owner are completed.
The transaction is in the form of a company with an agreed property value of SEK 268 million, which is in line with book value. The consulting company Nordanö has advised Akademiska Hus in the sale.
