Issuer hereby notifies holders that it has recently become aware that it had erroneously failed to list the Notes on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange at the time of issuance, as was envisaged in Part B of each Final Terms. The Issuer has already corrected this omission in relation to the 2012 Notes, the December 2017 Notes and the 2018 Notes. The admission to listing and trading in respect of the September 2017 Notes will follow as soon as the Issuer has been able to obtain approval of a listing prospectus in connection with the September 2017 Notes and, following completion of the same, the Issuer shall notify the holders of the September 2017 Notes accordingly.
