2.    Akademiska Hus AB (publ) Issue of SEK 100,000,000 2.43 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 28 September 2037 (XS1690392326) – Final Terms dated 26 September 2017 (the "September 2017 Notes"); 

3.    Akademiska Hus AB (publ) Issue of EUR 50,000,000 1.715 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 17 November 2042 (to be consolidated and form a single Series with the EUR 50,000,000 1.715 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 17 November 2042 issued on 17 November 2017 (Temporary ISIN: XS1754088513; Consolidated ISIN: XS1719091552) – Final Terms dated 17 January 2018 (the "2018 Notes"),

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE HOLDERS OF THE NOTES that, having inadvertently omitted to admit the Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market and having inadvertently omitted to list the Notes on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority, as was envisaged in Part B of each Final Terms at the relevant time of issuance, the Issuer has now procured the admission of each series of Notes to admission and trading, and such omissions have therefore been remediated in full.
